On Thursday, November 13, 2025, the San Diego Business Journal hosted its annual Veteran Leaders of Influence awards ceremony, an event dedicated to recognizing the remarkable contributions veterans make to San Diego’s business and nonprofit communities.
This year, our firm was honored to serve as a Gold-Level Sponsor. Supporting programs that elevate and empower veteran professionals reflects our long-standing commitment to service, advocacy, and community leadership.
Sarah Schaffer, who was previously recognized by the Journal as a Veteran Leader of Influence, was nominated again in 2025. While she was not selected as an honoree this year, she was proud to participate in the ceremonies and stand alongside fellow nominees, honorees, and community leaders who continue to make a meaningful impact.
Being part of this event, whether as a past honoree, a returning nominee, or a supporting sponsor, is a privilege that underscores our continued dedication to uplifting the veteran community. We celebrate those who were recognized in 2025 and applaud all who contribute to strengthening San Diego’s professional landscape through resilience, integrity, and service.
As we look forward, our firm remains committed to supporting veterans across our region through partnership, education, sponsorship, and meaningful engagement.
To this year’s honorees, nominees, organizers, and attendees:
Thank you for your leadership and for the example you set.
