Jennifer Lee is a Certified Legal Specialist – Family Law, a designation by the State Bar of California, Board of Legal Specialization reserved for those attorneys who have gone beyond standard licensing requirements in both education and hands-on litigation experience. A Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, she is skilled at analyzing data and providing expertise on the financial issues of divorce. Jennifer uses this ability to help clients understand how the decisions he or she makes today will impact the client’s financial future. As well, Jennifer’s alternative dispute resolution training has given her the ability to find pathways to settlement whenever possible and develop creative solutions in even the most difficult family law cases.
In her practice, she strives to provide clients with the practical knowledge they need to make the right decisions for their family. Jennifer excels at diffusing conflict and has a calm and pragmatic demeanor that is appreciated by her clients. Her work includes child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, and property division, among other family law matters.
Jennifer graduated from University of San Diego School of Law, where she served the Chief Articles Editor of the San Diego Journal of Climate and Energy Law (JCEL) and had her student comment published in its Fifth Volume Publication. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Economics and Political Science from the University of California, Davis in only three years. She is very active in San Diego’s legal community. Currently serving on the Board of Directors of Pan Asian Lawyers of San Diego, Jennifer is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association and the San Diego Family Law Bar Association.
